Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not liable for delays in shipping and delivery. All specified delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to the actions of the buyer (including, but not limited to: providing an incorrect address, failing to collect the package from a pickup point within the specified timeframe, or refusing the shipment at the door), the package will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, the return costs of € 5.24 charged by the carrier (DPD) will be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
